Robert B. Rosenstein the founder and president of The Law Offices of Rosenstein & Associates, has been providing legal services for over 42 years, and in the Temecula Valley for over 28 years. While most of our clients are from the Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Fallbrook, Menifee and the surrounding Southwest Riverside County area, we have assisted clients throughout the United States and internationally. We have been successful throughout the United States in providing representation to our clients in both state and federal courts. Our experience in providing a wide range of legal services relating to business has enriched our ability to effectively assist and understand the needs of our clients. The attorneys at Rosenstein & Associates have handled matters in various courts, including trials in various Superior Courts throughout California, the United States District Court, the United States Tax Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court and appeals before the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. We also have extensive experience in administrative appeals on both the state and federal level, including before the Internal Revenue Service, the Franchise Tax Board and the Board of Equalization. Our attorneys have served in leadership and advisory roles in legal organizations, including the American Bar Association and serve as leaders in various community organizations.
