Melon, cucumber, marcona almonds, basil and olive oil 

Pan Seared Halibut w/ 2022 Pinot Noir 

Sweet corn purée, brown butter maitake mushrooms, charred baby zucchini, served over a pinot noir beurre rouge 

Olive Oil Cake w/ 2023 Albariño Roasted

White peach, honey mascarpone, pistachio and Meyer lemon syrup
