Join us at Akahina Wellness in Murrieta for a fun and informative women’s-only event (21+) focused on pelvic health, confidence, and self-care. 

Enjoy light refreshments while learning how pelvic floor health impacts bladder control, core strength, and overall wellness. 

During the event, we’ll also share more about who we are, the services we offer at Akahina Wellness, and how we support women’s health in our community. 

Guests will have the opportunity to see a live EMSELLA demonstration, ask questions in a comfortable setting, and connect with other women.
