Volker Jaeckel (or Coach VJ) is since 40 years in the business world at home. Originally from Germany, he has assisted thousands of individuals and companies worldwide in becoming more successful. In 2023, he decided to make his passion (making people and businesses better) and founded Coaching Formula LLC d/b/a FocalPoint Business Coaching & Training, Temecula Valley. A business coaching and training company for small businesses in Southern California, the Inland Empire, and Temecula Valley, located in Riverside County.

He is also an approved Affiliate for the IECE and the ERC, assisting the School of Entrepreneurship | SoCal State San Bernardino and its students with his highly praised and 5-star-reviewed "Communication Breakthrough Program."
