The Temecula Valley Entrepreneurs Exchange (TVE²) Entrepreneurial Resource Center is kicking off March with a dynamic lineup of events designed to support local startups, small businesses, and aspiring entrepreneurs. From expert-led workshops to networking opportunities, these events provide valuable resources, insights, and connections to help businesses thrive in today’s competitive landscape. Whether you're a seasoned entrepreneur or just starting out, TVE² offers a welcoming space to learn, grow, and collaborate with like-minded professionals. All workshops are offered at no-cost and will be held in-person at the TVE2 (43200 Business Park Drive).

DISC-OVER Leadership: Master the New Rules of Influence (Starts Wednesday, March 5, 2025): This two-part workshop series will equip participants with the tools to lead with confidence using the DISC model. Today, leadership is about understanding people and driving success through influence. By mastering the Platinum Rule, attendees will learn to adapt communication styles, build stronger relationships, and enhance collaboration. Participants will also receive a personalized DISC Assessment (valued at $349) and gain practical strategies to navigate leadership challenges, including managing remote teams and multigenerational workforces. The total program value is $899, but participants can attend for free. This workshop will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and is being held in collaboration with FocalPoint Coaching.

Protect Your Business! Essential Wage and Hour Updates (Tuesday, March 18, 2025): Join us, in person or virtually, for an important session covering the latest training policies created under the new Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) update. Learn how to protect your business and stay compliant with these essential wage and hour regulations. This session will be presented by Kevin Brown and Client Engleson from S&W Law. This workshop will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and is being held in collaboration with the Barrett Business Services, Inc.

How to Launch Your Small Business (Thursday, March 20, 2025): If you are a new or aspiring business owner, this in-person workshop is a must! Learn the essential steps to starting your own business. Topics will include entrepreneurship, business planning, small business financing, legal forms of organization, and licensing and permits. This workshop will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and is being held in collaboration with the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center. 

Planning: Entrepreneurs Superpower (Thursday, March 20, 2025): Launch your business with confidence by learning how to overcome challenges, set clear priorities, and stay organized. Starting a business is an exciting journey, but it can also feel overwhelming. This workshop will help break down complex tasks, streamline decision-making, and develop strategies to stay focused and productive. Attendees will learn practical techniques like the Eisenhower Matrix and Pomodoro Method, explore tools for scheduling and task tracking, and discover self-care strategies to maintain energy and avoid burnout. This workshop will take place from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and is being held in collaboration with the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center.
