About

Celebrating 35 years of service in Southwest Riverside County!

Assistance League of Temecula Valley is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that transforms lives and strengthens our communities through philanthropic programs in Southwest Riverside County.  Member volunteers are dedicated to identifying and serving the needs of Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar and Romoland communities through philanthropic programs developed and administered by our members. Our dedicated volunteer members cheerfully give their time to serve and fund our philanthropic programs.

Assistance League of Temecula Valley chapter was incorporated in 1989 with about 50 members, chartered on May 13, 1992 and was the 81st chapter of National Assistance League.  There are 120 Assistance League chapters in 26 states with 22,000 members.

Assistance League of Temecula Valley currently has 170 member volunteers working to make Southwest Riverside County a better place to live and work through our programs.  Our chapter supports seven community based philanthropic programs benefiting everyone from infants to adults residing in Southwest Riverside County.  In 2021-2022, our dedicated members volunteered  over 25,000 hours.  We encourage you to learn more about our chapter and the many ways you can become involved and make a difference.

Our philanthropic programs are funded completely through grants, fundraising events, contributions from the community and our thrift shop sales. All revenue is returned to the local communities we serve. The thrift shop on Via Montezuma is our main source of funding.  The shop is staffed and managed entirely by our member volunteers.  Donations are always welcome and are tax deductible.

You can be assured that your every contribution, whether it be in dollars or in hours, goes directly to a child or family in need.
