Bella Vida MedSpa is a physician-led medical spa in Temecula, CA, near the Promenade Temecula on Ynez Road. We serve Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore and Fallbrook. Founded in 2023 by Dr. Rick Herold, MD, a board-certified emergency physician and U.S. Navy veteran, Bella Vida has a physician in house every day, not just a name on paper.

Skin tightening in Temecula. We were the first med spa in Temecula to offer XERF, a non-surgical radiofrequency skin tightening treatment for loose skin on the face, jawline, jowls and neck, with little to no downtime.

Laser skin resurfacing and acne scar treatment. Mosaic 3D fractional laser for acne scars, large pores, rough texture and fine lines. LaseMD Ultra laser facials for glow, uneven tone and sun damage. Potenza RF microneedling for scars and skin quality.

Laser hair removal, tattoo removal and pigment removal. Clarity II laser hair removal for all skin types, sun spot and age spot removal, and PicoSure Pro laser tattoo removal.

Botox, fillers and lip filler. Our PA and RN injectors offer Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, dermal fillers, lip filler (Evolysse and Juvederm), SkinVive and Sculptra.

Medical weight loss and hormone therapy. Physician-supervised medical weight loss, BioTE bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for men and women, and IV therapy.

Facials and medical skincare. PRP and exosome facials, plus Alastin and Image Skincare.
