The Broker, Frank Delzompo, is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Officer.  He started as a "Grunt," later served as a Judge Advocate (military attorney), and retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after 20 years on active duty.  

Associate Broker Lisa Delzompo, also trained as an attorney, serves as in-house mortgage broker.  When Frank retired from the Corps in 2004, he and Lisa worked in a small brokerage and learned the business from the ground up.  In early 2007 they started Sand to Sea Properties, Inc.  with the goal of helping as many families as possible build wealth and maximize their benefits through real estate. 

Broker Emeritus and financial consultant, Ray Dale, served three combat tours in Vietnam as a Naval Aviator.  After leaving the service, he spent decades helping Veterans as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).  Most recently, he joined Sand to Sea Properties as a consultant to help Veterans with their VA claims and benefits.

Sand to Sea Properties, Inc. employs ten sales agents and includes a full-service property management division.  All the agents have either served in the military themselves or have close family members who have served.  All are homeowners.  Most of them also own rental properties and understand what it means to be a landlord.  This team has tremendous training and experience, and their network of contacts -- both military and civilian -- is second to none.
