DigiFest Temecula, CA

Temecula's Digital Media Festival & Competition
April 21, 22, 23, 2023
JDS Creative Academy has reinvented what the City of Temecula recognized as the International Temecula Film and Music Festival into what is now referred to as DigiFest® Temecula. DigiFest® Temecula is a vehicle for the community and region to come together and experience digital media in many creative and artistic forms. DigiFest® Temecula is also a place to learn about industry advancements, how to pursue a career in the industry, and how to incorporate digital arts into the economic culture.

Classes & Programs

JDS Creative Academy is for anyone who seeks education, training and knowledge in the arts.

These classes definitely offer a unique experience here in our region. Our classes include Fashion Design, Photography, Backstage Production, Scriptwriting, Musical Theatre and Youth, Teen, and Adult Acting Classes

We have structured certain classes to meet the 4th – 12th grade California Educational Code for Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) and PE – Stage Combat & Movement and Musical Theater. Other classes and workshops are designed to teach specific industry needs, or are geared to provide apprenticeships. But most of our classes can be taken just for fun too!

Scholarships now available for JDS Creative Academy classes!

JDS Creative Academy is excited to announce we recently received a grant from the California Arts Council to provide scholarships for our hands-on Visual, Performing and Digital Arts Classes for underserved students and young adults in our community. JDS Creative Academy is a vital part of this community and the opportunity to receive funding through the California Arts Council has enabled us to continue to grow our artistry, our future and our ability to serve the region.
