"Shella" Was Named For Shelton And Della Foster Who Spent Their Lives Assisting Their Daughter Debbie Through Multiple Disabilities.

Shella Care Management Services was established in 2004 after experiencing firsthand the challenges of caring for individuals with functional needs. The Shella Foundation is in an outgrowth for this need.

Our mission is to assist families encountering those same difficulties  in the areas of respite care, special needs individuals, and senior long term care.

For 18 years, providing non-medical in home personal care for individuals with special needs from school age to end of life, along with long term senior care in a "Family Friendly" environment.
