This healing workshop, shares with you the benefits, the science and the powerful healing of Reiki andTransformational Breath®. These powerful modalities will support you in optimizing your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

In this beautiful workshop Mary will infuse the space and session with Reiki energy and greet each participant with Reiki touch. Our time together will start out with Transformational Breath® which will support you in opening areas of restriction in your body, bringing in healing life force energy through breathing in a specific way. This creates an opportunity to release old emotional wounds and traumas allowing you to connect more deeply with your true self, God, Spirit, the Universe, love, peace and joy. As our session slows down we will transition into an easier flowing breath and each participant will receive Reiki healing individually.

This workshop will be on Saturday, May 20th from 1-3 pm
