We Offer

• Earn a 30% commission on every groom, plus guaranteed minimum wage for all hours worked to ensure your non‑grooming time is fully paid
• Any revenue over $750 in a day is paid at a 35% commission rate
• Additionally, bonus eligible based on personal and company performance

• Provided custom van fully equipped with air conditioning, a hydrobath, and a grooming salon

Responsibilities

At Bark & Mane, we care for the business so that you can focus on the pets!

• Focus on providing luxury one-on-one care to dogs and sometimes cats daily while working independently in our brand-new grooming vans.
• Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance/cleaning so you can groom.
• Fall in love with grooming with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment.

• No degree is required; we are looking for groomers with experience.
